I will share learning in the latest research in interpersonal neurobiology and nervous system health making it accessible and directly applicable to you, so you can create and sustain high-levels of performance in your outer life in the social landscape and emotional balance and self-regulation within your inner landscape.
You will learn about the differences between voluntary stress and chronic stress that is linked to disease and the ways each manifests in your experience, in your body, in your mind, and in your community. Let’s reconnect to learn about our individual human nature to emerge from this pandemic with positivity and hope for a healthy life and to renew our relationships within our communities to expand our sense of shared humanity!
